Position: Sr. Accountant
Perform accounting, tax preparation, auditing, and ratio analysis. Revenue Recognition based on
software / project technology. Establish and maintaining management reporting tool. Preparing income
statement, balance sheet and Cash flow report on monthly basis. Advice on international tax matters as
appropriate. Handle projects relating to receivables, payables, payroll, and taxes. Perform various
internal audit procedures for proper IRS Standards. Preparing budget and variance reports. Make
recommendations to management regarding cost savings or profit generating opportunities and
profitability improvement strategies. Analyze financial information to determine present and future
financial performance. Identify trends and recommend improvements accordingly. Evaluate complex
profit plans, operating records, and financial statements. MSA / SOW preparation, negotiation, and
review. Evaluate complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements. Preparing and
Maintaining Employee Performance and Productivity reports.
Education: Bachelor’s in commerce – Accounting, Auditing, or any related field.
Experience: 24 months
Will accept any education equivalency plus experience as mentioned. Relocation and travel to
unanticipated location within United States possible.
